I am as new to blogging as I am to publishing. That may be evident to many of you. But then, truthfully, I don’t know if anyone is reading my blog? Are you? If so , please let me know. I am on a steep upward trajectory of learning.
That learning curve is equally challenging with regard to publishing. Sparing you the details, after the book was published, I found a few things I wasn’t happy with. That resulted in a new submission of the manuscript through my publisher to Kindle Direct Publishing. To check if the changes were completed for new orders, I ordered two more copies. (Unfortunately, I have a large box of first print books.) I wanted one for my son, who I was going to see about a week after I ordered them. The second would have gone to a winery I’d visit on my return trip. The book did not show up on time. Well, it did not show up at all. It vanished. After checking the tracking, I saw that my two copies of Blue Song ended up in Alaska. ALASKA? Well, (‘whale’!) I hope it found its way into the hands of an interested reader. Meanwhile I’m waiting on Amazon’s ‘resend’ which is due to arrive today.
Thank you for following me and I continue on this journey.

Reading the blog! The photos of Chile are pretty amazing. Thanks for sharing Nancy.
